RENTAL CRITERIA / QUALIFICATIONS

• You must be at least 21 years of age.

• Have worked at least 1 year on current job.

• Have verifiable rental history or be a previous homeowner.

• Pass a criminal background check.

• Credit History -  (We run credit reports.)  You must have absolutely no prior evictions or damage judgments, and have no unpaid utilities in collections.
  
  The whole picture is taken into consideration.  If one of the above criteria is not met, but the others are OK, your application may still be considered.
